In 2022 we spent the year planning and preparing for the launch of IronStreet Distillery located in St Cloud Minnesota. Gin production was the big focus for the owners so we chose a 50 gallon electric still to install for gin and rum production. By installing a still with two separate condensers we isolated any chance for contamination of flavor between the gin and rum. We installed, started up this still and helped the folks at Ironstreet distill their first batches of gin.
